I ordered a Double Western combo, but my burger arrived without any onion rings. When I mentioned it, a woman said she would bring me a new sandwich. I thanked her, but then another lady came out with a small bag containing just two tiny onion rings. If the burger had come with those small rings originally, I might have been disappointed but wouldn’t have said anything. I told her I was a bit let down that this was their only solution, leaving me to add the smallest onion rings I’ve ever seen to my burger myself. She explained that the burger only comes with two onion rings. I replied that it felt a little weak, you know.
I've been visiting this restaurant for a while, and the service is generally good. However, it can vary since the staff changes often, and not everyone excels at their job. There have been times when my burger hasn't met expectations or was missing a few items. I'm okay with that because I believe fast-food employees deserve more than just minimum wage. It can be a bit pricey—around $45 for three adults and a child.
I live nearby and have been a regular customer for years. Unfortunately, I've noticed a significant decline in the service quality. I don't believe I can continue to go to this restaurant. It's surprising to see some inexperienced staff behaving so unprofessionally; if things don’t improve, it could jeopardize the business.
Carl's Jr consistently delivers the best burgers in the fast-food business. The only downside is that they know it too well. I playfully mentioned to my friend, who doesn’t dine out often, that two combo meals would cost over $25. He chuckled at the idea, but when we got the bill, it was almost $26!

I ordered a burger combo at Carl's Jr. and got it quickly despite waiting behind four cars in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes. Only 5 of those minutes were after placing my order, which I think is a great turnaround time. Their menu offers plenty of tasty options to choose from!
This restaurant offers outstanding service and a wonderful menu. It's definitely one of my favorite spots! The food and drinks were served promptly, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!
