The staff wouldn’t eat it why would they make us eat it and give us attitude when we tell them to fix it. I live by the area and that place is always empty. Due to staff giving attitude. Bad food. This Carl's Jr., USED TO BE a nice, clean place to eat... However, their Bathroom's smell like raw sewage, apparently, because the plumber has been waiting on a part for ~1 month! Owner Manager, it is time to get a new plumber and get your business back to an acceptable level that draws customers into the doors, rather than chasing them away.
I'm a bit perplexed by how bacon on burgers can sometimes be a mix of crispy and soft yet still cooked through. I'm considering whether I should just order bacon on its own, perhaps asking for it to be either crispy or not, but I'm unsure of their options since they don't serve breakfast like Denny's or IHOP does.

On 1/28/24 (Sunday night) my friend and I came to this establishment. The employee running the register looked high on something and my friend's burger took 30 minutes to arrive. Once it did arrive, it was pink and severely undercooked. I revoked my order upon this and my friend got his money back too.
That was one of the best burgers I've ever had! It was served piping hot just minutes after I placed my order. The staff were very helpful and kept the conversation friendly while I waited. I'll definitely be coming back.
We didn’t receive the fried zucchini we requested, but instead got a large portion of fries. It seems there may be some confusion with the intercom system.
Every time I visit this location, the food is always fresh and hot, the crew is very friendly, and the place is very clean. Outstanding service!!
