I stopped at Carl 's Jr. And asked for a Mocha coffee and I was told that they didn 't have any. I was in the drive thru so I said okay and move forward. I paid the girl at the window and I asked why didn 't they have the coffee she looked at me like I was crazy. At the same time the I 'm guessing manager said that they didn 't sell ice coffee. I said then why was it advertised outside she said it 's not coffee it 's a milkshake it doesn 't say coffee. I 'm sorry If i didn 't say Mocha coffee milkshake but it does say mocha coffee. She 's supposed to be in customer service. And the customer is not always right so correct me before I get to the window. I don 't want to wait another 10minutes...
Terrible food. The quality was so poor that it was almost inedible. We ordered two of their famous burgers, criss-cut fries, and the new bacon ranch fries. The ranch fries were stale and had a strange taste, almost like they were spoiled—I had to spit them out. The burgers were poorly assembled, as if they were thrown together carelessly. I had higher expectations but won't be coming back to this Carl's again. I've had a bad experience with their quality in the past as well. The employees were fine; I had no issues with them.
The prices are quite high, and the food tends to be lukewarm. If you go through the drive-thru and wait until you get home to eat, it will probably be cold. And that's assuming they even get your order right. There's nothing worse than getting home only to find that someone's entire meal is missing or that you've been given the wrong food.
I was excited to try the new Golddig Cheeseburger. The commercial made it look so good. NOT! I was soooo disappointed. Not even close to the commercial. I couldn't even taste the sauce. I had to look at the receipt to make sure it said Golddig. Burger was so little. Should of went to Wendy's.

Food was ok. But it's so hot in the dining room ???? it's horrible working conditions for the employees!! Management should be watching our for their employees!! Shame on Management and the owner ????.
Lady straight up turned around and ignored me when I went up to order. I also haven?t shaved in a while and had on flip flops so I guess I wasn?t at ???? . Still thought it was a little rude.
Not even 10 am and the breakfast sandwiches were hard as a rock. I didn't even get a receipt either. I threw them both away.

8/15/20 4 star i got my order wrong , but they deserve to have increase, so busy when we visit . Will try again soon .
