Fast food at its best! I typically avoid eating quickly at major chains, but my experience at this Carl's Jr. was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the fries, and they were hot and delicious—tasting like real potatoes. I also tried the plant-based burger, which was excellently prepared and tasted amazing. However, I didn't enjoy the sweet tea; it was so bad that I couldn't even pass it on to my family. Even so, when I'm in a hurry and need to grab a bite on the go, Carl's Jr. has become a great option for me. It's no wonder their prices are higher; the quality of the food is better. Sometimes, you really do get what you pay for—higher quality at a higher price. OAM
24 hr drive thru and usually there is not much of a line. the spicy chicken was decent but I've had better. also at night these streets are pretty dark around here, there's not alot of choices in the area have to drive far. will update on their oreo shake quality next time! update: i originally gave less stars but went again and had their jalapeño poppers and spicy chicken. this staff member was excellent. he was courteous, quick and helpful. i was just thinking carl's jr doesn't have an app (for coupons and he gave me coupons (without me asking! awesome! depends when you go! but I'd go in the day!
I was charged again on my credit card for the same amount two weeks after my visit to the restaurant. When I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, they refused to issue a refund, claiming I had no proof that I didn't make the second purchase. This is despite the fact that I live in Canada and was nowhere near a Carl's Jr two weeks later. I'm puzzled as to why the restaurant would store credit card information in this manner.
We had a great time at this lovely restaurant that our friends recommended. Yesterday, we had a wonderful experience with delicious food, efficient staff, and an excellent kitchen. This is meant to be a Big Carl, but they use kid-sized meat for the kid’s burger, along with a kid-sized bun. If you look at the picture, it comes on a sesame seed bun and should have regular-sized patties. However, these two patties together are equal to just one regular patty. It's terrible!
My family and I stopped here after visiting Rose Hills Cemetery. We got drinks and snacks. Unfortunately they did not have the snack we all wanted, which was milkshakes. The restaurant itself was clean, fries were fresh, and we had very quick service.
Really bad service, 2 times I went and the cook wasn't there (supposably). Soda was flat, the employees sound like they don't want to be there.. Needs new management asap

The cashier Angel and cook Coby were nice fast and food was hot and perfect..very curtious and clean..
