When a customer specifically requests a double-double, it's important to either provide them with exactly that or explain the special and how it differs from what they ordered. Unfortunately, my guests were still hungry after the meal. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue; I've had similar experiences in the past, as I was reminded by staff during this visit.

Last night around 2:00 a.m. I stopped at this Carl's Jr order a number for which is a double western bacon combo The lady had me wait for several minutes just to take my order and when I finally got my order in when I received it I never bothered to checkso on the way home I ate it and it was a double jalapeno burger I had to spit it out I didn't even eat so they just stole mymoney gave me the wrong food and I ended up just paying 14 something for a soda and a fries that I ate and I drank The burger Ihad to throw it away cuz it was super spicy That's not what I ordered I'm trying to call them they don't answer cuz apparentlythey don't care about what the customers have to say
Quality of the food was questionable.. Lettuce was sooo welted, tomatoes sooooo thin and the meat looked as if was microwave rather than char broiled.. will definitely not coming back.
The manager and staff are very polite and respectful towards the customers. The place looks very clean and the food is great!!
