On 10/28 around 9pm, I used the drive thru to pick up an Uber Eats order. The dinning was closed. I was asked to pull up to the first window. Once I pulled up, no one was there. I continued to wait, still no one was there. After 5 minutes I saw someonestart packing the order. Even though she saw me, she still didn?t acknowledge my presence. I waited another 3 minutes. Still nogreet. Finally I honked. The lady came out, but not do greet me but to take a drive thru order. After 10+ minutes of waiting atthe drive thru without ANYONE coming to the window. The lady opens the window and just hands me the order. No apologies. Nohello. No heads your order. She didn?t care. Therefore, I right this me...
Well it's not the first time I have been there for a few times and the manager Daniela Higareda treats the customers nice and kindly the dinning room was very clean the service was fast the prices are kind of expensive but is worth it I highly recommendthis restaurant ????????????????????
Very clean. I always enjoyed Carl's Jr., but above all this restaurant, because I published a lot of history and respect for his food chain. The food was hot and the staff was very attentive.
Was offered 2 Bacon Westerns for $6.79 and paid $30 for the whole meal. The woman charged me $6.79 PER Sandwich... always ask them to repeat themselves.

I always like burgers of Carl's Jr. The new menu has a really big Carl which has triple patties. That's good. The jalapeños poppers are also delicious.
The $5 "All Star Meal" feels more like a "One Star Meal." The image is misleading, and while the box is large, it was mostly filled with air for me.
They have the standard Carl's menu and seem to take some pride in preparing good and in a timely manner

This is the worst Carl's Jr. I have ever visited! The food I received was extremely poor quality.
The management has made up for the ranch dressing that comes with the fried zucchini.
