I came here because I am from California and wanted to compare if the taste was the same as at home, first the wait was terrible long, the table dirty and once I had to order the cash repeatedly my order after the 3 times what I wanted, I gave up and went to order the kiosk, but then the kiosk was not working so that we gave and left. all the experiences were very disappointing
it was great, quite similar to that of its kind, i.e. mc donalds, burger, etc. nevertheless the waiter in this case delivered our order directly to our table, that was a novelty. the meat was especially angus from Scotland.
great eating terrible service. Today I was served by a lady who shouldn't work in the hospitality. she was so rude and ruined my first experience. the management should seriously talk to her and consider her position in.
