The food is very good here however if you have any type of problem the customer service lacks. I placed an order online for two items and when they came to deliver they said I ordered 3 which was showing on the receipt. I told the delivery person I only ordered two and he said he can’t do anything about it just call and they will take care of it. Carluccio’s is by far our favorite restaurant. We always get the simple but outstanding grandma pie and pappardelle pasta but their menu has lots of delicious choices. The staff and other patrons are a friendly bunch; it always feels like an old-school family experience. Kudos to the owner, Carlo, and our waiter Joe, who make every visit a real pleasure. Finally made it to Carluccio’s but it won’t be our last time! Fantastic pizza and great service from Joe. Food looked incredible and we can’t wait to sample more of it! Wished you delivered to Ocean City, but it’s worth the trip! Also great value compared to very expensive local pizza near us! We will be back soon!
The grandma pie here is worthy any wait! (Just order a full pie, you won't regret having left over slices to eat... if you do have left overs that is Also tried their pesto pasta once and it was delicious. The friendliness of the staff is sometimes hit or miss but overall a good experience.
Really great thin crust, coal fired pizza. Nice crisp crust and flavorful sauce. The toppings sounds great, but I can't get past the plain pie. It's so tasty. Their salads are also very good. It is a small place for seating and parking so be aware to get there early for lunch or dinner.
I've been coming to carluccio for years! you eat is always 10/10 and meets the point when I walk pizza. their suppers are also always killer. cannot go wrong with something on their menu. can't wait for my next visit.
Definitely lived up to the rave reviews! Best pizza I've EVER had. We also got the coal fired lemon pepper wings topped w onions and long hots. Great service, amazing food. We'll be back!
