When I called, the girl on the phone was very nice and informed me that the check wasn't closed out yet, so the manager could resolve the issue that evening. I waited for the charge to go through and, indeed, my card was charged for the total amount including the extra pizza.
I then visited the restaurant and spoke with a manager who told me they would not refund me because, since it was an online order, I must have placed it incorrectly. I was taken aback, especially since I had called the restaurant that same day, and the driver – who I was told was the delivery manager – had taken the extra item back.
The manager then offered me a compensation in cash for that item but refused to refun...
The thin crust coal-fired pizza here is fantastic! It has a nice crispy crust and a delicious sauce. While the toppings sound appealing, I can't resist sticking with the classic plain pizza—it's just that good. Their salads are excellent as well. Keep in mind that the restaurant is small, so it's a good idea to arrive early for lunch or dinner to secure a spot and parking.
We were visiting from out of town and found this place. FOOD WAS FANTASTIC!!! The Carbonara was out of this world!! The pizza loaded with toppings !! First time here! It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. We ordered a pizza and salad. Both were huge and delicious! Service was attentive without being bothersome. Prices are reasonable and they had great lunch specials the day we went. I’d highly recommend!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
