Carluccio’s London, Marriott Heathrow

a nice afternoon dinner. we booked for a table of 10 for a afternoon dinner and had a good time. it can be difficult to book online so we arranged the hotel marriott and they booked us in carluccios. tony called me the day before to make sure we were still before our booking. at the arrival the manager (a woman) did not know that we were pre-ordered, but her colleague has laid our table and waited for us. all staff were very nice and professional, service was prompt and friendly. the food was traditional Italian fare and well cooked. the drink selection was also very nice and the cocktails went well down. dephran took care of our table and was extremely professional and friendly. we celebrat...

I had a problem with eating last week. then I checked this week and ordered the same. eating was very nice and the service of antonio and bar amazing staff. francisco, the restaurant manager also spoke to me and apologized for the previous service. very impressed by the service recovery effort they know how to deal with a complicity to customer satisfaction. well done everything and thanks for the excellent service.

Beautiful restaurant in the Heathrow Marriott with great Italian food inspired by the world famous chef Carlo Carluccio at a friendly price. Ordered the lobster paste which was great and we shared starters where the arrancini were lovely. Will come back.

had dinner here and received a great service from Romanian waiter and the food was excellent. we had soul and salate everything was great. they can also order the children's menu for 6.75 pfund and it's pretty good.

very nice eating and great staff. I love the pizzas, it really tastes authentic and the crust is delicious.
