it is a difficult reataurant for sale. I was disappointed to find that it was in the train station, it was never really warm, we had to reach our own menus, since no one came by, I ordered carbonara and it came like rührei, I expect better from an Italian restaurant, manager offered to reach, but said it would probably come the same. so he had another court he recommended. the new court was amazing, therefore the 3 stars did not give it the 2 I wanted.
the food was excellent, authentic and we all enjoyed it. we were surprised that we did not hear any announcements within the picadilly station, which were initially a slight concern for me. the only negatiw was that the service was extremely slow, which would have been a problem if we caught a train!
I have visited Carluccio's several times and have always enjoyed the excellent food. My husband treated me to dinner there tonight for my birthday, and once again we had a fantastic experience.

Great food as always at Carluccios. The service was brilliant. We booked as a last resort due to the restaurants in the city centre being busy but so glad we did. Highly recommend.
