Had the opportunity to work in West Chester Pike and when it was time for lunch I stopped in Carmines. Unfortunately not a great experience. Could not get pizza because they had just opened and pizza was not ready understandable...it was 11am. Lol! So.. I ordered the cheesesteak rolls which is one of my favorite things to order when out and about. However they were HORRIBLE! Absolutely no flavor AT ALL!!!! Probably the worst cheesesteak rolls I've ever had. They give you 3 and cut them in half to make 6 small ones. It came with a cheese sauce which obviously was just cheez whiz and it was not warm at all...VERY CHUNKY and pointless to dip anything in. I also got a bag of chips and my total c...
I placed an order through UberEats, but the restaurant canceled it without any notice, citing that it was too far for them to deliver. I tried to explain that they need to update their UberEats page to reflect their delivery limitations, as it allows customers like me to place orders. The representative only repeated that they do not deliver and that only people who can pick up their orders come this far. As someone with a physical disability, I am unable to pick up my food; otherwise, I would do so. It’s misleading for a restaurant to offer delivery if they are not willing to fulfill it.
Don?t know how these guys are making it. The salad i had said ?we don?t care about our food?. Eggs looked old. The menu for this said spring mix. This was straight iceberg with sprinkles of romaine lettuce. Chicken fingers were frozen not fresh, it did saythat on the menu. When i came in i asked the guy if they make good salads? he didn?t respond. I see why. This is what i get fortrying to eat healthy. I ordered this because the pizza at the counter looked horrible and dry lol. This place is just not it.And i paid $16 for this lol. Smh.

Service was awful. Food was salty and overcooked. Worst part was waitress attitude when asked why our check was higher than all the items listed on the menu. Very rude response we increased the price and we also charged 3% for credit card. I understand but would just like to be told ahead of time. Yea. This is a no return. Voting with my money.
I often order food from this restaurant. Food is okay. I usually order Tuna melt, tuna salad and tuna hoagie. Food comes fast. The owner is very friendly. I tried their Margarita flatbread, it was so delicious.
The pizza and salad were decent but definitely overpriced. I asked for some ice cream, but I wasn't informed that they have a full bar. We also felt rushed while we were eating. I won't be returning.
