The waitress was difficult to understand and communicate with. I tried to order grappa but she kept saying prawns. Her English was very poor. I had to get another staff member to check my order and grappa was not included. The meals did not all come out at the same time, and my son's pizza was delayed. The staff member did listen when we asked for extra ice cream in my son's milkshake, but the waitress was not helpful at all. She did not repeat our order back to us and just walked away. When we paid the bill, it was higher than expected but the staff member caught the mistake and adjusted it. There seemed to be a double charge. The online reservation was not working, even though we received a confirmation the restaurant did not have it updated on their system, but luckily they could fit us in, same for people in front of us. My meal was perfect, veal funghi with vegetables, my partners' was ok but could not taste the garlic on the creamy garlic prawns, and we have had this dish may times before at other restaurants, the rice was covered in the sauce which was a bit much. The main meal prices are high, however we would definitely go here again for a special occasion, they did have other more reasonably priced dishes which I will try next time. Carousel Seafood is not a restaurant at all but a store that sells fresh seafood. I bought some fish and prawns from them and was pleasantly surprised that the products were very fresh. There was also fish that I was familiar with in a foreign country. The prices are as competitive as found in the supermarkets in the mall there. So if you wish to cook up a seafood meal of your own, this is a good place to visit to check out what may be good for your recipe. Please note that since it is not a restaurant, my ratings in the yes, no and not sure is based on my experience with the staff and the visit to the outlet.

Was craving for sea food ,so decided to buy some sea food from this shop and cook , eventually when cooked,few crabs were stale and spoilt!Well of course it's difficult to get fresh sea foods but it's okay coz this shop has basic products incase u need to get some sea food quickly .The prices are super high compared to outside but since it's a mall,nothing to be surprise .Hope they will check the freshness of the products before selling next time.
We usually buy seafood at the market city every Saturday early morning, but sometime we buy also from this store as this easiest to get in to, is in the mall where we can find also groceries. The price is higher of course compare to market city but its lower then any other shop around. We usually buy fish and the staff would be happy to clean them all, easy :).
large selection of seafood for sale, but after more than 50 years fishing themselves, are not sure the fresh of some of the fish. friends have sail the fish is good, but the eyes of some of the fish did not seem so...fresh as I would like to be them, so bought nothing
The manager at Criniti's was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the portions were generous, and the food was outstanding. It was a delightful dining experience and we look forward to returning. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
