First time making a gourmet meal. Very good, well mastered. Well done to the chef. But personally I prefer less sophisticated cuisine that is simpler and just as tasty. What can we say about a good stew, a good veal head with vinaigrette, a good piece of beef cooked to perfection, a good omelette with porcini mushrooms, a good leg of lamb, etc.? what a fantastic sound! the food and the presentation were exquisite. I am at the end of my trip, the transatlantic sail on qm2, a week in ny, london and paris and found this meal the best I experienced. an additional bonus is the charming village in which it is located. a simple 5 stars!
