Carrabba's is truly one of my favorite restaurants in New Jersey. It has a fantastic location, authentic cuisine, and perfectly sized portions. One of my top choices is the linguine Positano. I was really disappointed when they removed the Pasta Georgio from the menu, though. I absolutely love the sirloin with marsala sauce, especially when paired with the spinach and parmesan fries. Plus, you can always enjoy unlimited bread served with olive oil and herbs, and the salads are consistently delicious. Every visit to Carrabba's is a great experience!
I got together with my boyfriend's family for his sister's birthday. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and found my party. We were sat at a large table and we asked for something smaller. Nicole our server didn't seem to like that and her attitude changed from there. We started with drinks and she was so hard to find at times and she just was not nice. For my entree I for the linguini with shrimp and mussels and I will say that was good. The wine was good as well, just the service was not so good.
The staff were friendly and food arrived promptly. I ordered parm chicken which was good but they stuffed me a bit with the cheese.only 60% of it was covered with cheese. The salmon is always excellent and has no fishy taste at all. My husband loves the pork chops and chicken parmesan. As I noted in a previous review, the portion sizes have gotten smaller, although the prices haven't changed. Still, the quality is top-notch! I definitely value quality over quantity.

We are typically NOT chain restaurant goers, but for some reason my husband wanted to go here.
Overall, yes it is a typical chain but the service was good.

We have Been to this restaurant many many times and yes they have made some mistakes down the road but they always compensate us for it.
