Carrabba's Italian Grill

I had a poor experience at this restaurant. We waited for over 25 minutes to be seated, and then waited even longer to be acknowledged. It took an hour for us to place our order, and almost 40 minutes after that to receive our food. The meals were served at different temperatures, and the tables were not properly cleaned between guests. Despite there being other customers, the service was slow and overall it was a terrible experience.

I like to stop by this restaurant every now and then for a quick bite. The food is consistently good, so I have no complaints there. Our waitress has also done a great job, despite the challenges of being short-staffed. I know the pandemic has been tough on a lot of businesses, so I appreciate all the efforts they are making to recover. Hopefully, they will soon be back to the level of quality we were used to before the pandemic.

The restaurant was short-staffed and one of the two TVs at the bar was not working. The lasagna I ordered was extremely overcooked and rubbery, easily the worst I've had in decades. It was a truly horrific and terrible dining experience.
