We went to carrabbas last night 09/26/2020. Our service was great. Our server Val was just amazing. The only down fall of our dining in was the way the manager talked to the hostess. He went up yelling at them, for what seemed to be a simple misunderstanding on his part. We over heard the host telling him Our server Val was going to be our server and then another server had the large party that walked in. He took it as Val had the large party and he started yelling at the young female hostess and we heard her trying to explain what was going on but he wasn?t having it. This is not our first time seeing this manger yell at his employees the way he does, especially to his female employees. It...
A Line Review: The waiting staff was 5 stars, and our main thing was decent. Full review: Mussels were good, but the sauce definitely lacked something, we did a moule fries somehow with their truffle fries and honestly it is somehow worth getting back in the happy hour have some drinks and eat mussels and fries. If they were a special like, perhaps unlimited Pommes w/ Shells during Happy Hour, then this would be a 5-star review moving, my GFs Alfredo was overcooked and a bit mushy but they enjoyed the chicken stable. A few friends and I were inaugurated on Sunday 9/27/2020. We were very kindly greeted by the host. They added us to the short waiting period and brought us no more than 10 minutes later. We were brought to a beautiful Bugrundtisch and had plenty of space and removed. Our server Lisa came right past and was just incredible! She greeted us with a smile (we even saw it through the mask). She's my biggest server we've ever had. She was quick to notice if our drinks were empty or if we needed something. She was definitely a 10/10 server. Our food was perfect and delicious. We hope we will come back next time to have them as our server. If I'd rate that 10/10.
My wife and I just walked and had a great meal in your Bensalem location. I can't say enough what a great experience it was to be there. Staff were extremely thorough in cleaning and sanitation tables to ensure everyone is safe. I was surprised to see the hecticity of our server and the attention he thought of us how busy they were. In these times my wife and I expect delays, but our server Russ was on the point. The food was fantastic as usual and Mary always makes sure to visit the tables to make sure we take care. I know we'll be back soon.
