was more than annoyed when we arrived and Carrabba’s not the confirmed open table “Call ahead” reservation. I showed the hostess the e-mail and her comment was: “We didn’t get it, so there’s nothing I can do; they’re a walk in.” we drove 1/2 an hour to get there and weren’t happy to wait so long. I always wondered when our table is ready and 25 minutes after our arrival they finally sat us. what a waste of time she thought I only made the email confirmation to advance in the line? the eating was good and our server was good, but probably this app will not use to reserve everything for this restaurant chain. simply call in front of the phone, especially if they are in a hurry or take their ol...
Carrabba's is always a great place for dinner. I know it's a chain, but it sure doesn't feel like a chain to us. Fresh foods prepared to our specification, I am always impressed. We both had Ceasar salads and an entree. I wish we had tried the prociutto wrapped asparagus but hoping for next time. The wines are great and the portion sizes are pretty good, too. The service is speedy quick. I am also impressed that a chain can do such a great job with gluten issues. Bravo, Carrabbas, bravo!
We have not been to Carrabbas for a very long time. We were pleasantly surprised at value for the amount of food that we received. Service was a bit on the slow side considering the fact that they were not very busy. A bit disappointed when we tried to order their special takeout, but was told how limited it was given that the advertising did not reflect that. All in all an okay restaurant.
All good except that the hostess did not have our OpenTable reservation. She said it doesn’t work for them for some reason. Probably something to look into since I made the reservation on OpenTable, got and replied to a confirmation text, plus several reminders and yet they had no reservation for us. Lunch with three friends. Unfortunately the hostess could not find our Open Table reservation even though it was confirmed—not sure why. But promptly seated us. Had nice lunch with good service.
Very delicious lunch. We ordered from the lunch menu. Soup, salad, and small plate was very good at an excellent price!
expect to wait for a minimum of an hour, also with reservations at busy days (Fri-Sun,) my only handle by going there
