Our server, Emily, provided excellent service—she was friendly and very helpful, which made our time there very enjoyable. We ordered Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and Linguini with shrimp and scallops a la vodka. The portions were quite generous. We also enjoyed some warm, fresh bread with delicious herbs and olive oil, along with a Caesar salad and a spicy soup as part of our meal. Although the pasta took a bit longer to arrive than we anticipated, I ended up taking my plate to go, while my husband enjoyed half of his meal at the restaurant. We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! We're from Los Angeles and visiting for a cruise. Several people in our cruise group highly recommended this place. Our server, Angelique, was outstanding—very attentive, polite, and professional. The food was delicious, and the dessert called John Cole was a standout. The cheesecake was enormous (meant for two), though my husband might disagree! The real highlight, though, was the Blackberry Sangria. They make it fresh every day, and the four of us ended up drinking two pitchers! A special shoutout to Sammy, the manager—his restaurant is truly top-notch.
Our waitress, Sophia, was fantastic. She had great knowledge about the happy hour specials and the menu. Her suggestion for a particular dish was spot on; we tried it and absolutely loved it. She also returned to our table multiple times to see how we were doing. Sophia was a charming, friendly, and courteous young woman. She provided excellent service and definitely deserves recognition for her efforts.
The food was delicious and well-prepared, but the service left something to be desired. The server brought us wet plates, and we had to dry them off ourselves. I ordered 30 wings but ended up with a combo instead. When I ordered Korean donuts for dessert, they brought them out while we were still having dinner and hurried us by saying they were closing soon, as if we needed to rush to finish them.

This is the same chain but at a different location. The service, decor, and food were all outstanding, just as we expected. We enjoyed a lovely late dinner, and the presentation and quality of the food were impressive. This chain has consistently exceeded our expectations, and we have no hesitation in recommending it.
While some of my food was cold, everything else was flavorful and enjoyable. The pork buns were delicious. The portions are definitely large enough to share. Food rating: 3/5.
