The friendly greeting and the warm and professional service are an added and welcome bonus. With decades of experience in haute cuisine, chef Dutournier is at the helm of a well run and distinctive restaurant. The repertoire is extensive. Some dishes are delightful, others just competent. This is an outstanding restaurant I believe it has been awarded 2 stars by Michelin it certainly merits 2 or even 3 stars by Michaelin (that 's me Dr. Michael Stone). My wife and I make sure we dine there every time we are in Paris (once or twice a year). Besides being conveniently located (a few yards from the Place Vendome), the restaurant is rarely crowded, very quiet, and with truly exceptional fine dining. There is a gigantic wine list to choose from and a fine sommelier to guide you to a suitable choice. Excellent fine dining dinner We had a family dinner here. The service is professional and friendly. The food is high end decor and quality. The decor is luxury. All is perfect. Each dish pairing with the wine. Excellent experience.
