Good morning, I am coming to you regarding the not very honest, not correct attitude and a lack of customer relations experience of your two employees. I head towards the fruit section, I see a promotional poster on 500g trays of Spanish strawberries at 1.50. But there is more on the shelves, just by chance I ask the cashier if she has any leftovers, she tells me to wait and that she will find out from her colleague who was putting them on the shelves. The cashier comes back to us and tells us that her colleague has gone to get some in reserve. She comes back with a tray of strawberries, I say to myself that’s cool, there’s still some left. She walks towards the poster promoting strawberries...
Horrible experience! I placed an Uber EATS order. I notice that the app; before being delivered; tells me that I am missing 2 items even though I had clearly specified that I wanted replacement items in the event of a shortage. Came to make a purchase on March 15, 2023, I realized when I wanted to use parmesan purchased on that date that it had expired since 05.02.23! The risk of food poisoning? No one checks the products available to the customer... Inflation the purchase of products expired by more than 1 month we can no longer cope!
