I am writing today on behalf of my little brothers who, on two different occasions, were victims of verbal aggression and malicious and defamatory comments from an employee. These unfounded attacks took place in front of other customers. We have been loyal customers of this supermarket for many years, we are now considering boycotting this business with dubious values. Whether the intolerable attitude of this employee is justified by her bad mood or by the racial offense of my little brothers, the situation is clearly unacceptable.
