This was such a great find! It is a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame but tucked away from all the touristy restaurants, so it was a real treat to find and be treated like a local! They have a great selection of wines ranging from €5 a glass to €25 that come with recommendations from the super helpful staff (who speak perfect English to help with the all French menu). The concept of the restaurant is so innovative: there are plates of charcuterie and cheeses that are all priced the same, and they circle around the bar top on a magnetic conveyer, and visitors are invited to take what they want, and you pay at the end based on the number of plates you have! My girlfriend and I visited after seeing various reviews. We were unsure whether it was somewhere for dinner or other wise. We are still a little unsure...We decided to treat it as an alternative to a starter and it suited this purpose well. We had a range of meats, pates and bread accompanied by some fantastic wine! I would recommend any one to visit either for a drink and nibbles or a full on dinner.The brilliant staff spoke great English which helped!
It's a little out of curiosity that we entered. We were looking for the right wine and we found the right company. what a beautiful concept that to turn dishes on a magnetic carousel, at the choice, and thus to furnish our table. The wine was excellent. the company of the owner who takes care of his clientele is very appreciated. We highly recommend. warm. soft atmosphere. very good food served as small portions. for all tastes.
