The most terrible experience. I was there 7 days ago and had an issue was my food. They agreed that there was an issue, fixed it and apologized. Specifically, I was given the incorrect portion size for the dish I ordered. The Manager, TAMMY, replaced with the correct portion and mentioned that the cooks confused the order with a different dish. Today, I ordered the exact same dish and the same issue occurred. My server from the previous visit KATIE recognized us and the issue and told the GM CHASE that they replaced it last time. Instead of honoring how the situation was dealt with 7 days ago, CHASE arrogantly boasted about working for 8 years and that the smaller piece was the recipe for 8...
We arrived 10 minutes late for our reservation and were seated in a cozy booth in the back corner of the restaurant, where the noise level was pretty low. Our server was amazing, helping us get Happy Hour orders in just in time and helping us determine which steak entree to order. The grilled brie with pear chutney was delicious, although really too much for a table of 2. We split the barrel cut filet entree, which my spouse said was excellent (he's a steak connoisseur). We weren't quite sure what to do with the onion strings and au jus sauce, but decided they were supposed to go on top of the steak. The grilled asparagus with béarnaise sauce didn't disappoint. Carson's came highly recommended to us so we were looking forward to eating dinner there. Upon walking in we were both immediately overwhelmed by the noise level! It is the loudest place I have ever been to and on top of all the restaurant noise, they were playing music which you could only hear the bass and drums. Food was pretty good but I wouldn't go there again.
Carson's is generally a great choice. Today was very lackluster. The server took about 15 minutes to greet us, which would he fine if they were busy and weren't standing in the back talking. Drinks sat empty for extended periods. The food was just ok besides the rib appetizer. We wasted a lot of food. I don't think it will be on my immediate shortlist for a while. Excellent service, atmosphere, and food! Steak was cooked beautifully and the creole chicken and shrimp was delicious. Drinks were perfect and happy hour specials were much appreciated! Good portion sizes as well and servers very attentive even though it was a busy Friday evening.
First off our server Ryan was outstanding! He was very kind, courteous and offered wonderful suggestions. Now the food. There was not one thing that could have been done better. The flavor, the seasoning, everything was PHENOMENAL.
Nice place and decor. Disappointed in the service. Our drinks did not arrive until 25 minutes after we were seated. Drink quality was most disappointing when received. Food was good. Very lively atmosphere noise level was loud.
The food was amazing! The Nacho starter was enough to be a meal and was super yum. I got the Warm Bacon Salad and it was a large enough portion that I took some home. Our waitress was amazing! I highly recommend. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The steak was incredibly good. I got the Creole Filet and it was delicious. We had the salmon bruschetta app and it was delicious as well. The service was wonderful. We will most definitely visit again.
