Carson’s catered my wedding at Yinzer Valley Farms. They did an incredible job. The food was absolutely outstanding, our guests raved about it. The staff was incredible. Tommy (my wedding coordinator provided by Carson’s) was quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to the event and super friendly. They did a great job with our cookie display and getting everything prepped and ready. They were even able to throw in last minute linens I needed for tables. We decided to have our wedding at Carson's, and everything turned out just PERFECT. The food was amazing, and our guests kept praising it all evening. The service on our wedding day was exceptional, and our day-of coordinator, Tommy, was outstanding. Beulah, the wedding coordinator, was also very quick to respond to our emails and was genuinely kind to us throughout the planning process. We experienced no communication issues, and they handled every detail flawlessly. They even accommodated our last-minute request to change a beer selection just five days before the wedding. They worked with us to make sure that everything was set up perfectly and resolved any small issue immediately. The food was delicious and we had plenty for our guests.
