I bought a cake here for a family member that was having a milestone birthday. The young lady who helped me was very nice and very accommodating.She helped me find the cake I was looking for,And explained how she can make it fresh,because they didn’t have it in the store at the moment.I even told her that the birthday girl loved chocolate crunchies,so when I picked it up,she gave me a little extra! The cake was delicious and the ice cream was very fresh,I recommend highly!Marshmallow chocolate crunch cake is delish!!!
I've been here for years! About 3 years ago, this carvel had new owners. They are always very nice and sweet and also their employees!! I love coming here with my kids and getting ice cream. Before Corona I would go to the carriage with my children and their friends, we sat in the shop and laugh and eat ice in the summer, the staff always helped us with what we want and they make the ice perfect. Just Carvel I'm going now!! Best ice cream, best customer service
Nice place, very expensive, birthday cake when removed from box cake was only slightly more than 2 inches inches tall. Very deceiving in box. Paid 22 dollars and was basically 4 small slices, very small. Might as well of purchase 2 small Dixie cups for a dollar each in supermarket. This Place used to be much better and we will not be going here again
The restaurant consistently provides a great variety of ice cream flavors. I really appreciated the friendly service from the woman who helped me choose my toppings; I went with Dulce de Leche and cake batter. Her recommendation to add caramel syrup was perfect and made my dessert even more delicious.
