The ice cream is delicious, but this place is incredibly dirty. It seems like only the windows and tables get wiped down, which makes me worry about how often they clean the machines. The newer staff members are quite disappointing. They’re teenagers with bad attitudes who tend to ignore customers, make messy sundaes, and just stand around when there are no orders to fill—seriously, they could at least tidy up the shop! Fortunately, there are some older employees who are fantastic; they’re friendly and even remember our usual orders.

Went to pick out a cake for my wife and viewed two cakes both had human hair visible on them . Not one employee came to speak to me very rude could see them standing out back . I wouldn’t recommend this place
This is an old-fashioned store; they don't make Carvel locations like this anymore. For me, it felt like a nostalgic journey back to my childhood. Naturally, the ice cream was fantastic.

This is a great little place. I was dying for a hot fudge sundae with soft ice cream. So where else do you go at 2 in the afternoon.
The new cake maker deserves an A+! My daughter was absolutely thrilled with her cake. They did an incredible job!
I chose the cherry vanilla ice cream in a cup, and it was absolutely delightful! I can't wait to go back.
Visited here first over 35 years ago. Made a trip recently for a birthday ice cream cake
