I visit this place regularly, but here’s a warning: be careful about how much ice cream they actually put in the cup. There's always a shortage. It looks full when you get it, but by the time you get home, it’s melted down to half a cup. It costs $8.50 every time—fill the cup properly! When I worked at a Carvel in Sheepshead Bay for two years, the owner would even add more ice cream if the cup didn’t look full enough. Sorry for the negative review, but customers shouldn’t be shortchanged like this.
I would give zero stars if possible. The woman behind the counter has a terrible attitude. She is rude and becomes unpleasant when you question the bill. She consistently messes up orders and responds poorly when corrected. My 7-year-old son was simply looking at the display cases, and she had the audacity to tell me to keep him away, even though he wasn't bothering anyone. Other Carvel locations offer much better customer service.
I walked into the shop and was completely ignored by the two staff members. Meanwhile, the couple behind me was greeted as soon as they arrived. I didn't receive any assistance with my cake order, while those same customers were taken care of immediately. If I could rate this place with negative stars, I definitely would. Ultimately, I decided to leave and won't be spending my money at such a poorly managed establishment.

The churro soft serve with churro crunchies is a definite must-try! I typically rate all Carvel locations three stars because they never fully capture the nostalgic flavors we recall from our childhood. However, the staff at this location are friendly and helpful, which deserves a solid five-star rating.
Amazing desserts accompanied by exceptional service! My husband visited to grab some treats for his office, and the staff was wonderfully attentive and assisted him in selecting items that would stay fresh overnight. I really love this place and will certainly return!
The staff did not wear masks or gloves, even though they were behind a plexiglass barrier. The woman was rather unfriendly and seemed to view answering questions as a hassle. I'll explore other options next time!
The service at this Carvel was terrible, and they completely botched our custom cake order. The employee was very rude and showed no respect for customers. I will never return to this Carvel.
