Unbelievably clueless! The manager has no clue, the kids don't know how to take a simple order! The manager was unable to make a simple ice cream! Ruined my order and it was garbage! Work all day and find this place thinking I could have a nice simple ice cream
Stopped by today, first time back in about 2 years COVID). Very disappointed! Asked for a small up of Cherry Vanilla, what I was served was a very soft hardly frozen) cherry less counted only 3 small pieces) Carvel on 347 in HAUPPAUGE much better quality.
I?ve been to many Carvels across Long Island, and this one is far superior to any others. We drive past two other Carvels to get to this one. The ice cream is very fresh, staff is friendly, and they are generous with the sundae choices on BOGO Wednesdays.
Always great service, a very clean place and you get helped quick and nicely
