I do not support this Carvel because the employees are mistreated. I have multiple friends who have worked here and have told me the same thing. The employees bend over backwards to help the customers, but the owners, Ming and Quina, are horrible to their employees and overwork them, giving them barely any training and punishing them, shaming them in front of customers. I will never support these two people again because the abuse their help, and they get them to train for
This restaurant is consistently an excellent choice! As someone who lives in North Carolina, I can't find Carvel ice cream anywhere anymore. Whenever I visit New York, it's a must-stop for me. I particularly enjoy the chocolate flavor and their Wednesday BOGO sundae offer. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and refreshing. In short, I highly recommend it!
The owner personally assisted me in choosing a cake for my granddaughter's birthday since I had no clue what to choose. I shared my idea but was unsure about the final decision. The cake turned out stunning! I'm confident it will taste as amazing as it looks, though I'll be sad to cut into it. Thank you for making this day so special!
Unfortunately, although I love this Carvel location, they partner with UberEats, which ghosted my order. This particular Carvel has been in Ronkonkoma for over 52 years. It's been a staple in the community and still going strong great place to get ice cream and a little nostalgic because it still looks the same as it did 52 years ago when I moved here
The staff was friendly and courteous, the restaurant maintained a clean environment, and the ice cream tasted just as delightful as I remembered from my childhood. There were numerous excellent options, all of which were fresh and delightful.
The staff at this restaurant are consistently friendly and attentive. They always meet our expectations. My family loves visiting this place.
