Extremely nice and warm ladies that greet us as soon as we come in. Even though they have masks on, you can tell they are smiling. The place is clean and the ice cream is delicious. They are generous with the serving sizes. I’d definitely go out of my way to come here again.

I?m a big fan of Carvel and today I went to their store in Elmsford. They are very strict about social distancing and of course) their staff wore masks and gloves. They have a great selection of hard and soft ice creams but I decided to get a milkshake. It was heavenly!
It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was struck by how friendly everyone was. The experience was wonderful. We went there with our granddaughter, and we both really enjoyed our meal selections. Thank you so much! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
One of the few Carvels left who still have the old machine. The ladies who own the place could not be nicer. Whenever I walk in, they laugh and say “extra, extra crunch”.
I mean, it's Carvel, so the ice cream is consistent with the other Carvels, but the staff were efficient and kind!
I wish I could rate this place with zero stars; I've never experienced such poor treatment!
