This Carvel location is the cleanest I've ever been to, and it boasts an impressive selection of soft serve, with all three machines in working order. They also offer the widest variety of pre-packaged items, likely because they don't share their space with a Subway—this location exclusively sells Carvel products. Furthermore, their hard ice cream is showcased differently from other Carvels; it's displayed in stainless steel pans like gelato, which not only looks more appealing but also seems to taste fresher. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. It's definitely worth a visit!
The ice cream at this place is unexpectedly inconsistent. It's odd to mention, but when I pay for a topping, there are times I get a generous amount, while other times it’s hardly noticeable. The staff either needs some retraining, or it feels like they no longer care. This restaurant used to be fantastic a few years ago, so I'm not sure what changed. Moving forward, I’ll be heading to Village Creamery, where you reliably get the quality you expect. The extra few minutes of driving are worth it to ensure I receive my order as I should.
Cleanest Carvel i"ve been to with the best selection of soft serve, (all three machines running) and biggest selection of pre packaged items. This is most likely due to them not having to give up space to Subway, since they only sell Carvel at thislocation. Also, their hard ice cream display is not like other c Carvels laid out in those big white buckets. They aredisplayed in stainless steel pans, like gelato. Much more appealing and likely fresher tasting. Plus, the girls who served uswere lovely, and very friendly. Worth the trip.
I was quite disappointed with this branch of Carvel. They refuse to make milkshakes using their hard ice cream flavors. If you want a flavor other than chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry, they try to create the flavor using vanilla soft serve and toppings instead. Come on, Carvel, if you're worried about your equipment breaking down, then invest in some new equipment!

I've been waiting a week for the owner to contact me. My mother and I had a really bad experience with a very rude and unpredictable employee. It seems that Lou (the owner) doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. Instead, we'll be getting our ice cream in Pleasantville today.
I believe the cake decorating skills at this particular franchise location are significantly better than at others. It's also cleaner compared to the rest. Furthermore, you absolutely must try the apple pie soft serve!
This Carvel location in the Rose Hill Shopping Center is great! The service was quick and friendly, and the ice cream was as delicious as ever!
