Very disappointed in Carvel ice cream. I went to the Yonkers McLean location. Tried a cookies and cream cone and a vanilla caramel crunch cone. Honestly they tasted very similar to each other which should not be the same. It was not good ice cream in my opinion. I don't think the flavor is worth the amount of calories. Will avoid Carvel ice cream in the future.
They have such great ice cream and the staff are really nice. The best part is Wednesday is buy 1 get 1 free Sundays! I haven't had an opportunity until now to benefit from it but they were delicious.
I didn't get my order I order a birthday cake like a night before, but when I went to pick up there was no cake, very bad setting and on the day of my birthday we were not a cake.

Best place to this day to buy ice cream i alway buy coffee ice cream in quart with waffle cone… customer service was great the lady even give me the cone free.
Friendly staff! Most times, they haven't only treat me as a costumer, but also as well known friends acquaintances to me, especially with my disabilities!
