I've visited this restaurant a few times, and each time I've found it to be unwelcoming. The manager or owner is quite rude and always appears to be in a bad mood. On my most recent visit, a young server attended to us. When we entered, he was on his phone and only finally approached us to take our order after a while. Unfortunately, he got one of the orders wrong because he seemed to be in a hurry and wasn't paying attention to what I had requested. Since it wasn't what I ordered, I refused to take it. I handed him my card, he processed the payment, returned it to me, and then went back to his phone. I commented...
There are many Carvel locations nearby, but I prefer this one because of its excellent outdoor seating. There's ample space and several different spots to enjoy your ice cream. It’s a lovely atmosphere, especially on warm summer evenings. The products, service, and prices are comparable to other locations, but the seating here truly sets it apart.
This family-owned Carvel franchise has delivered exceptional products and wonderfully friendly service to me and my family for over 20 years. We bypass two other Carvel locations to enjoy their ice cream and occasional ice cream cakes because of their superior quality.
I really love Carvel's in Harrison! It's a convenient spot with seating where you can enjoy your ice cream before it melts. I give it five stars! I probably shouldn't say too many good things about it, though, or the lines will just get longer!

There's nothing quite like enjoying a cone from Carvel, especially on a hot summer day! However, I actually love their cakes all year long!
Every Wednesday, Carvel offers buy one get one free sundaes, which is just one of the reasons it's one of my favorite ice cream spots.
The staff member was very rude and ignored both my child and me. It made us feel discriminated against.
