The customer service here is excellent. We come almost every week, and they always remember our order. I usually get the hard cherry vanilla, but the amount of cherries can vary significantly—sometimes it feels like I'm just having vanilla ice cream! Additionally, they really need to lower the temperature in their freezers. Tonight, it was 61 degrees, and the ice cream was melting in the bag, which is unacceptable. This has been a recurring issue for the past few years and really needs to be addressed for good.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The lady with blonde hair had a rather unpleasant attitude when I placed my order. I also felt shortchanged when she served the carvalanche, as it was only filled halfway despite costing $10. Honestly, you’d be better off just getting a pint of ice cream from your local convenience store instead of this subpar offering.
Carvel Express is definitely the best place for ice cream. My girlfriend and I come here about twice a week because they consistently offer great deals throughout the week. Their menu has generous portions, and the staff are always friendly. The restaurant is clean and cozy. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this location! The owner and her family do an excellent job managing the restaurant. It’s always clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoy their Wednesday special: buy one small sundae and get one free!
Carvel Express offers fantastic ice cream, as you’d expect. The customer service is friendly and welcoming! I tried an ice cream shake from their menu, and it was delicious. Highly recommend visiting Carvel Express!
I strongly advise against visiting this place! It was absolutely disgusting! I found hair in my ice cream. To make matters worse, it seemed like all the female staff had their hair down.
The service is warm and welcoming, the ice cream is delightful, and my family and I absolutely love it!
