I have never been a fan of their hard ice cream but their soft serve is probably my top choice of soft serve for vanilla and chocolate (the rest are pretty tasteless). That being said, after going here for 25-30years, on buy one get one free sundae day, I asked for a waffle bowl for one, offering to pay additional for the bowl of course,they said no it's not included, and refused to place it in the waffle bowl for me. I had to purchase it separately and put itin it myself, I was told. Carvel Ice Cream offers a good experience, though the coffee flavor isn’t as intense as at Cold Stone or Absolute Zero. The menu has a limited selection of toppings, but the staff are quick and efficient.
In my opinion, Carvel offers the best-tasting ice cream. This location has exceptionally attentive and caring staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and absolutely loved the ice cream.
