Reservation for dinner at 8PM. Arrived on time, taking order at 8.10PM .... and then you wait without explanation for 1h10, the starter arrived at 9.20 PM, a simple octopus... then at 9.40PM the main course ....and then nothing... after the main course, no menu for a dessert, not proposed,... and you wait more than 30 minutes at your table. We decided to leave at 10.30PM despited. It was more than 30 times we came here and we were not alone in this situation tonight. They take reservation without capacity to deliver a service, it is a real overbooking. They loose a lot of customers this evening of September 13th 2022. Adios
Food fantastic as usual. Only reason for marking down is because one of our party has a prawn allergy which was mentioned when we booked. One of the starters was prawn croquettes. We told the maitre 'de and she made a note to replace this with ham croquettes, however, this didn 't happen. The restaurant was also quite chilly when we first arrived, which was only just after it opened. Maybe they could put the heating on earlier?
Great selection on the menu and good food. Popular place, would recommend booking. Staff is working hard, but at least on this occasion they were understaffed. It took some 45 minutes before we could place our orders, our starters and bread arrived when we have been there about 65 minutes so all in all not a great experience. Will probably come back due to food and atmosphere, hoping for better service next time.
Fantastic meal here. Four of us ate here and we had turbot, steak tartare and lamb. All meals were delicious, beautifully presented and the service was first class. A very popular restaurant so you'll need to book in advance. We will certainly be back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
What a great place, food, ambience and staff are amazing, it’s one of our go to places if we want great food and cocktails!
Disappointed. Slow service. Main course arrived 2 hours after ordering. By that time not hungry. Took home in a box.
