Recently six of us enjoyed a lovely evening meal at Casa Benito. After a selection of starters we opted for a rice dish with meat and a seafood rice dish (black with squid ink) to serve the six of us. Both were very tasty and plentiful. The waitress was extremely helpful in our decision making and the food was washed down with some lovely Spanish wines. At the end of the meal, there were no taxis available in the sleepy village and the owner kindly made two trips with us back to Retamares golf club.
We were my family and I a few weeks ago on the benito house terrace. It was a great evening. the site is very nice, with a view of the bell tower, all the staff is very friendly and of course benito is always attentive to everything. I recommend especially the squid croquettes in its ink, the morcilla tote, the Iberian secret with caramelized onion and the cod with pisto. highly recommended to escape the heats of the summer of madrid.
friendly and polite attention, on the part of the waitress, excellent professional. the food is exquisite and preserves the elaboration and flavors of the grandmother's cuisine is somewhat expensive... but it compensates the service of the blonde waitress (I don't know her name) that knows to offer the delights they make and that they do not appear in the letter and the speed with which it serves them. restaurant highly recommended.
