I made a point to arrive early today at around 12:30 PM, knowing they would recognize him. I was curious about the service I would receive and also wanted to observe how other customers were treated. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how much effort they have put into improving their service. Every business faces employee challenges from time to time, but it's their response and how they handle these issues that determine their long-term success.

They have a good selection of cigars arguably maybe one of the largest for a single store. Service is good but definitely could be better. I found that they are usually short an employee or two when I go and they are so expensive it's ridiculous. If you're going to have a smoke, sit there and enjoy watching TV or the air conditioning, sure it's cool. But nobody in their right mind should go there and stock up on cigars considering how many more options there are out there for the same cigar at a fraction of the cost.
Francois was amazing! We spent like a whole hour walking around the store and he was teaching me about so many different cigars. Such as Byron cigars… wow. Not really a newbie but he still was able to tell me things I didn’t know about the industry. The place was amazing, I bought a padron 1964 anniversary and a lot else lol but it was the best cigar I ever smoked by far. I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m in Chicago.
I was waiting around for about 25 minutes, hoping someone would come and open the display case so I could enjoy a cigar. The place wasn't busy at all. Even as I was leaving, the staff didn't ask if I had been helped or anything. I definitely won't be coming back.

I stopped by to pick up a gift for a friend, and I was really impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of the salesperson. Even though I didn't know anything about cigars, she didn’t make me feel out of place or uncomfortable.
This is a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy a cigar. The atmosphere is clean, and the staff is friendly. The only reason I rated it 4 out of 5 stars is that I feel if you purchase a $10 cigar, a soda should be included.

This place is the “Tiffany” of cigar stores, one of the classiest and cleanest cigar boutique/lounges in North America! Plus it’s reasonably priced considering the high-end cigars they offer.
