Sitio agradable y elegante situado en el interior de la provincia de Alicante. Pedimos todo para compartir,como el Metre nos indicó que las raciones no eran muy grandes ,pedimos varios entrantes y la verdad es que acertamos respecto a la cantidad y a la calidad.Todo estaba muy rico. Acabamos con un arroz ,hay dos variedades,si quieres el de verduras hay que pedirlo al hacer la reserva,el de conejo con caracoles estaba de 10!! De postre pedimos un crepe de manzana con helado vainilla,bastante rico ,para mi gusto demasiado espesa la capa de caramelo. El servicio simpático ,atento y nos supo recomendar en todo momento. Lo único que no me gustó y que se hace en la mayoría de restaurantes de Espa...
Finally we were lucky to get a table when we were on our way to the highland and we could eat there, a very nice place where we could enjoy a rabbit rice and snails, its simplicity is one of the successes, rice at a perfect point, loose grain and with a perfectly balanced flavor, without anything that stands out and that allows you to enjoy in its entirety “I will never forget it and want to repeat” elaborated on the fire of the wonder. the salted merluza also a discovery. and something that I also call a lot of attention was the tomato that put you next to the alioli and the limoncello, also exquisite! careful attention and everything in much detail.
Ele fica a 40km de Alicante, mas vale a pena a viagem. A entrada, pão com um molho de tomate e outro de aioli já diz o que vem pela frente. De entrada um polvo, uma lula maravilhosa e mexilhões. Prato principal arroz com caracol e coelho. Acompanhado de água e duas garrafas de Chardonnay da região, sobremesa, café e licor digestivo, a conta ficou em €200. Barato não é, mas a experiência vale muito a pena. Atendimento espetacular, o maître é filho do Elias (im memoriam) e a garçonete Marina é super atenciosa e simpática. Melhor refeição que fiz em Alicante.
Tras varios intentos, por fin pudimos ir a este restaurante del que nos habían hablado muy bien. La decoración del local y ambiente del mismo están muy cuidados, así como la atención y amabilidad de los camareros. Tienen una variedad de platos muy amplía, pero sin duda el plato estrella es el arroz con conejo y caracoles, que está realmente muy bien hecho. También destacan las gachas migas, que merecen ser probadas. Such a pleasure to eat in a restaurant like that!! The purest tradition is mixed with modern facilities and amazing dishes that makes you experience the pleasure of the traditional Spanish food with such an innovative touch. Due to the fact that I’m travelling a lot to the area of Yecla/Jumilla for professional purposes I’ve had the opportunity to discover incredible restaurants (Barahonda in Yecla, Taberna Ramona in Almansa, Restaurante Elías in Pinoso, etc). Already looking forward to come back!!
elegant restaurant, comfortable, has a good separation between tables, grill at sight and good selection of wines. We went to try rabbit rice and snails and didn't disappoint us, it was really good. First, we ask for bra and mushrooms, served a mini artichoke at 5'50 euros and a fungus at 6'50. I find this price a little ridiculous and expensive for unity. excellent service and good experience, though if you eat a lot or depend on what you ask, you can get expensive.
Excelente comida, local muy agradable y diseño logrado. Compartimos mejillones y boquerones a la brasa, alcachofas y ensaladilla de merluza exquisita. Arroz de la casa de caracoles y conejo en su justo punto. Finca Terrerazo y postres caseros muy ricos, flan y crepes de manzana. Luis da muy buenos consejos y el servicio resulta impecable y profesional. La cocina a las brasas de los sarmientos de las viñas cercanas sobresaliente.
Perfect restaurant. I’ve got 82 characters to go and that’s all there is to say really. The sweetbreads, local charcuterie, and tomatoe and tuna salad, all sublime. Rice with snails and rabbit cooked over fire fuelled by vines. Imagine being a veggie and missing out??? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is one of the best restaurants in Spain. The food is beautifully simple. The ingredients do all the talking. The staff are wonderfully efficient and friendly.
