If you like carnitas and you live in Kansas then you certainly must try these at this restaurant way out of the way and in the middle of nowhere. They were juicy and tasty and was a terrific reminder of when I was in Southern Mexico tasting that level of carnitas. Good job to the cooks who understand what it means to produce correctly! The food here is delicious, served hot, and comes out quickly. It's some of the best Mexican cuisine you'll find in this area of Kansas. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This place is definitely worth a visit, but be mindful of the time, as it tends to get busy and you'll likely encounter a line. They have plenty of seating, but it fills up fast. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars!
I visited Casa Fiesta for the first time, and I was blown away by the food! The portions are generous, and the chips and salsa were delightful. The queen dish I had was simply delicious, and I also tried the Casa Fiesta Bowl with chicken, which was incredibly tasty! We will definitely be coming back.
Bland. I feel sorry for Newton if this is the most Authentic Mexican restaurant. Salsa was really good though. It's not the worst Mexican I've ever had.
