I recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch at this restaurant, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The food was absolutely top-notch, earning a perfect 5 out of 5. Each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented, which made for a delightful dining experience.
The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. I also rated the service a 5, as they truly went above and beyond to enhance our experience.

I tried a similar dish at a La Poblana restaurant closer to home, expecting the same quality. While it looked great and included the required enchilada, I was disappointed when I cut into the carne asada; it was tough and hard to chew, clearly a lesser quality cut of beef, and yet it was more expensive. I will definitely continue to visit Casa Jiménez.
As for kid-friendliness, we had two children with us, and our waitress was incredibly patient and accommodating.

This was a rice bean and carne asada burrito . This burrito had maybe 2 cups of rice and about 3 tablespoons of carne asada . I kindly asked the waiter if I can order a side of carne asada because there was practically nothing . She said that is the portion they use . She then took my plate and offered something else . I said no thank you just add a side of carne chopped asada . She took the plate and brought it back 15 minutes later with meat on top . When she took the plate she said I will show the owner and come back with to see what you want . She came back and left this . I really liked this place but come on .
My dad was craving seafood so we stopped by and I was definitely happy with the food and excellent customer service. We were a large table and every single item ordered came exactly how we ordered it and it a timely manner. We sat far from most tables but the ambiance was very family oriented and chill. The waitress was amazing and kept checking up on us if we were still doing ok...the food was very fresh and we even ordered dessert here...I recommended this place for anyone that likes real authentic Mexican food. Also they have a buffet we all order single items but for those with a big appetite a great option:
