Comenzamos con un par de ostras que ni eran fu ni fa, ya que arrojaron su stock, el agua en el que se ha levantado el producto, directamente responsable de su gusto. lo mejor de la cena fue sin duda el sepionet, una pequeña sepia típica de alicante. un sabor brutal. Continuamos con una de las joyas de la corona de Santa Pola, el camarón rojo. muy fresco y bien de precio aunque un poco pequeño. como plato principal optamos por la especialidad de la casa, langosta con huevos y fichas.
