Casa Lorca is a characterful Spanish - run restaurant situated within the town of Pezenas. A little hard to notice at first, we spotted the menus on display and decided to eat there based on the small but interesting range of dishes on offer. The welcome from the Spanish host was warm and friendly, & we we offered the choice of sitting in either the high - walled courtyard area or the indoor room (we chose the latter).On offer was a pleasant selection of largely Spanish dishes, accompanied by an impressive choice of wines and beers from both Spain and France. We'd walked past before but not been in, we regret that. We chose the set lunchtime 3 course menu at16€90, and Spanish wines by the glass. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the white wine 'Albarino' gorgeous with our St Jacques starters and my stuffed mussel main course. My husband asked for advice on which red would be best with his filet mlgnon of pork. The waitress smiled, collected a small tasting glass and the wines and, after describing the wines, invited him to taste them. Wow, this doesn't normally happen when you choose a menu at this price! Having chosen, his white wine glass was whipped away and a fresh glass provided for his red wine ´Ribera del Duer'. Decent coff...
We chose this restaurant based on its good reviews and were not disappointed. The restaurant is quite small and we were lucky to get a table for five in the courtyard. The food was very tasty. We had tapas and salad. The waitress was friendly...and very patient with our broken attempts to order in Spanish/French. Certainly a place we would recommend further!
We came upon this fine little restaurant on Sunday night when searching for a light dinner. We shared four tapas which were very well prepared and presented - and most important of all, delicious. The welcome was warm and the whole experience was a credit to the Spanish team running the restaurant. Well done!

Stumbled upon this restaurant one evening. We had our best dinner from our trip to Pezenas. I had the pork tenderloin and my grandkids had the raviolis. Everything served had a unique flavor and was cooked to perfection. We then had the dessert of day and that too was delicious.
our new favorite tapas restaurant in the area. great selection of warm and cold tapas dishes - all just delicious. Take a good look when you walk up the street - there are two almost opposite - turn into the Casa Lorca on the right side and you will not regret.
incredible greeting of the Galician owner anita. nice home made eating with love cooked. great music, beautiful location. a local magic for a delicious and happy evening. I strongly recommend
Recommended by our hotel this was a very nice place to eat, not least because of the delightful waitress. Try the porc 'tante' - it's her actual aunt's recipe!

We had the menu du jour, what a delicious meal! Chorizo, tortilla de patata and salad, all to die for. Also the service is very nice. Fully recommend.
