The food at this restaurant was delicious, but unfortunately the service was extremely lacking. The owner was rude and unhelpful, and we encountered numerous issues trying to order through the app. Despite spending over £200, we did not receive a single apology or thank you from him. Although we were given a complimentary round of shots due to our frustration, I would have preferred better customer service. I recommend ordering for delivery rather than dining in person.
I visited this restaurant right before Christmas, and unfortunately it was not very crowded. The food we ordered was delicious and presented nicely, and the service was friendly and efficient. The decor is beautifully done and impeccably clean. My only critique is that there are limited steak options, but what they do offer is delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, a great dining experience.
Myself and 2 friends went for a meal last night at this local restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The food was of a high standard, we all cleared our plates. 2 of us opted for fish and one steak we each had a dessert. We felt the price was good for such lovely food and comfortable surroundings. I’ve rebooked for me and my husband, and 2 friends next weekend.

The food at Ranchos is fantastic. It is definitely worth a visit, and the prices are very reasonable. I would give a 5-star rating for the food, service, and atmosphere.

"Popped in at 2.15 pm on a quiet Friday- asked very unfriendly landlady if we could play darts- she refused saying it is only for darts team to use and that tables were booked. Only table used was no where near the dart board."
