we had reservations for this place, but at the arrival it was literally empty, only the personal was present. we were told we had to sit on the bar, not in the restaurant because we were not dressed properly. her website says nothing about shorts. we were there on a warm day and my husband and my son were short (slow.) we asked for a manager when the host refused, this person also said no. this person asked someone else, again refused. it was not a night (it was pm) and it was empty. the dining room with the Vista views had not a soul in it, but the server. we have eaten in the restaurant below (the restaurant monserrate parrilla,) which was really a joy. excellent eating, service views. Waited a little bit to get a table. Seems to happen in waves. The atmosphere is very nice being on top of the mountain. The food was good, but I felt as though it may have been a bit underseasoned. I had the mountain plate with normally come with a piece of chicaron (fried pork belly). However, it was not fried enough for my liking. You want this to be really fried and crunchy. My son had the steak, which was good but also a little underseasoned. It's not a big deal. You can always add salt later. Overall, it was a very nice meal.

Following my hike and Saturday service at the church, I made a pit stop at this lovely establishment for a quick snack, some coffee, and drinks. Their front patio provides an enjoyable view, while the interior and exterior of the place boast gorgeous designs. The cafe serves delicious food, and I particularly relished the taste. However, when it gets busy, the service can be a bit slow. Despite this, I found it to be a fantastic spot to unwind and savor a meal.

Since Cafe Bistro hasn't had its own site, I am posting in here. The Cafe bistro is located just below the main restaurant, they had an amazing selection of desserts and coffees, including alcoholic beverages such as Irish coffee and cappuccino with cordials. I thought if you go to Montserrat this place it's so worth it to check it out, at least for dessert and some hot coca tea. Definitely enjoy the passion fruit mousse. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The Cafe Bistro is located right under the main restaurant, they had an amazing selection of desserts and coffees, including alcoholic beverages such as Irish coffee and cappuccino with cordials. I thought if you go to Montserrat, it's so worth checking it, at least for dessert and some hot coca tea. You will definitely enjoy the passion fruit mousse.

I hope this is the one at Cerro Monserrate. I thought it would be nice to have lunch at the top to just take a breath and enjoy the scenery with some good food. It was an awesome experience. Service was great and the food was just as great. I did not expect the restaurant feel and that was my bad, they are top notch from you walk in til you walk out. Catch up on your Spanish though or use translate app.

the restaurant itself is very beautiful, the intention is amazing. Unfortunately, eating and service is very bad and disappointing for the price of the menu. the waiters are not friendly at all and are very cold. the service is the key and it is sad. to leave such a bad memory behind.

Super pretty restaurant. Food was good nothing crazy. Prices were pretty steep.
