Finally a truly Italian food truck! For an Italian living in France it is difficult to rediscover the scent and authenticity of the recipes prepared at home by her grandmother. Virginie and Christelle helped me rediscover the flavor of the ragù cooked slowly on Sundays by my dear grandmother.
