Casalta - Tisch resevieren

Para empezar, pedimos 4 tostas de atún, que estaban perfectamente frescas y bien aderezadas con un toque de trufa, dejando un sabor inolvidable en el paladar. Continuamos con unos nigiris de solomillo, que estaban ricos, si bien la cantidad de arroz hacía que el sabor sorprendiera menos. Seguimos con un par de brioches para compartir entre cuatro: su esponjosidad y relleno hicieron de cada bocado un deleite. El plato principal fue el cachopo de ternera con queso azul, jamón y huevo trufado. La mezcla de ingredientes proporcionó una exquisita explosión de sabores. Fuimos ayer a cenar por el cumpleaños de mi mujer, y la verdad que fue todo un acierto. El ambiente genial, el servicio bueno, y la comida calidad precio muy bien también. Recomiendo sobe todo la ensaladilla, buena elección con Obando (picos de Utrera), y el vino de la tierra también bien elegido (Pinchaperas). La ensalada bien servida y de calidad, el resto de comida también. Repetiremos, buen sitio para ir de trabajo, con amigos y la familia. Muy recomendable, gracias.

You have to try the arroz creamosa fantastic! They have so many wonderful dishes it's hard to pick only one, which is why it's nice they have many of their selections in tapa size. When are friends are visiting and tired of the standard tapas, we take them here and it's always a hit. The food is so fresh and the atmosphere is fun. I especially love it in the summer when the patio is open!

This is one of our favourite places in Tomares. It is set in a beautiful old hacienda There is a young team who work hard to be innovative. The tapas are lovely, interesting and well priced.
