Caseificio dimostrativo del Gottardo SA

At first we thought of a fondue because of the cheese dairy. But the ambience didn't exactly make you want to enjoy fondue. Resembled a party place for a birthday party, just a large room and table after table. Then I ordered Schnipo because I thought I was on the safe side. You think the schnitzel was fried, slightly black and dry. The fries, well, not crispy and not enough salt. You couldn't even look at the vegetables. Whether it was carrots or broccoli, everything was brownish. I don't know how it tasted because I preferred to leave it alone. Definitely not recommended, I have no idea how the good reviews came about. It could be that the fondue is top, who knows... but the service is ter...

Welcoming and easy to reach, especially after skiing in Airolo Pesciüm. Lots of free parking... nice choice of products from the Ticino area.
