Shared the gumbo and the soft shell crab po boy: I've never had gumbo, always wanted to try it - well if this is true gumbo, then I LOVE gumbo; po boy was reasonable - think the slaw dressing overpowered the crab a little. Just needs fine tuning. Then dipped in to try another friend's braised lamb on egg pappardelle pasta - this was great! Full flavoured with pops of Persian feta and fresh peas. All other friends said their meals were good. Service was also good (waitress even though fully offered a second bowl for us to share the gumbo), although it was fairly quiet. Definitely would try again!
I usually enjoy shopping here as there's more variety of healthier options than that of larger super markets. Although the night staff here I find are often rude and under qualified in their customer service abilities! They keep telling people they are closed before closing time continuously all look like they are in a hurry to leave. There is no regard for treating customers politely or with respect either! This is not good customer service practices! They all need training in how to engage with customers properly.
Family dinner, five adults and two kids. Good menu for all to pick from: Black Angus and Wagyu steaks and slow cooked pork belly very enjoyable, salmon OK but a small portion. Two desserts enjoyed. Variety of beers enjoyed. Kids catered for with high chair, meals, and colouring books! overall a good evening. Would be five stars but had to chase water for table (x2), steak knives, and staff for beers.
The store's manager should work on enhancing their communication skills, as there have been instances where family members have inquired about restock timelines and received rude responses. This manager's behavior extends to interactions with staff as well. While the supermarket is nice, there's room for improvement in training the staff to better assist customers.

Awesome service by a guy named Lukmal on Wednesday. I could not find the red lentils as soon as Iet him know that He went above beyond to find them for me and He served me and my mom quickly packed all my groceries nicely, good job Lukmal, Thanks heaps.
They often have decent specials, but the lines for the checkouts are often very long. I went to buy a block of chocolate and saw the lines and decided to put it back and leave because I didn’t want to wait for so long.
It should be 5 star, but unfortunately everytime there is system does not scan the correct price for the advertised catalogue items. That becomes a nuisance to return and ask at the counter is that the right price.
A great place to shop..Their ricotta cheese is the drawcard for me especially ! Just WISH they would stock Tetley's Decaf tea and Uncle Toby's Shredded Wheat breakfast cereal ...please.
