Thought I would stop by for food and gas today. It’s a Saturday around 6:30pm. It was a bad experience all around. The parking lot was crazy packed so I had to wait for a pump.. there was no hot food left not even 1 slice of pizza.. and there was a line for the cash register about 7 people long. I just left and got food somewhere else. Last time I try that idea. Meal type: Dinner
Steven has been at this Casey's going on over 9+ years now. I really appreciate his professional customer service and he always seems to remember me and ask how I've been. Little things like that really make a difference to people, even on their worst days. I'll keep going to this Casey's and will go out of my way to see him and have his service whenever I can.
